Get ready for an unforgettable night at the Sonsray Holiday Party! This year, we’re taking you on an exciting journey to the Magic Box in Los Angeles, where laughter, good vibes, and holiday cheer will fill the air. Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 14th, and prepare for an evening filled with fun and surprises from 6PM to Midnight.

Shuttle Service – Provided by SONSRAY:

  • A shuttle service will be provided for employees arriving on December 14th and departing on December 15th. More information will be coming soon.
  • A shuttle will be provided from the JW Marriott to the Magic Box on the night of the party.
  • Employees who choose not to utilize the provided shuttle services are financially responsible for their transportation. Sonsray will not cover those expenses.
Expenses:
  • Sonsray does not pay for airport parking.
  • Sonsray does not pay for baggage.
  • If you travel before December 14th or leave after December 15th, transportation is at your own expense.
Flight:
  • Flights will be booked as roundtrips for 12/14 – 12/15.
  • You can opt out of having Sonsray book your flight and receive a $500 reimbursement. You must select that option when you RSVP.
  • Flights DO NOT apply to Torrance, Vernon, Santa Fe Springs, San Diego, Fontana, and Bakersfield.
Driving:
  • Employees who choose to drive will receive a $500.00 reimbursement. This will be paid on the second payroll of December as an expense.
  • If you use a company vehicle, you will not receive the $500.00. Reimbursement does not apply to Fontana, San Diego, Torrance, Vernon, Bakersfield, and Santa Fe Springs.
Hotel Rooms:
  • One night hotel reservation paid by Sonsray.
  • You’re required to book your one-night stay with the JW Marriott Los Angeles directly.
  • You must add your card information for incidentals, but you will not be charged for your stay.
  • For those who choose to arrive early, we will have 30 rooms blocked for Friday. Those rooms are first come, first served, at your own expense.
  • Check-in is at 3 pm check out is at 11 am.
  • Does not apply to Torrance, Vernon, and Santa Fe Springs.
  • Uber, Lyft, and parking are to be expensed for all who don’t get a one-night hotel stay.

 

Saturday December 14th: You will need to pick up an envelope with your name on it once arriving at the hotel. For those who are going directly to the venue, you can pick up an envelope with your name on it once you arrive at the venue.
