Get ready—this year Sonsray is taking over the legendary House of Blues San Diego in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter. Not only will our name light up the marquee, but the entire venue will be reserved exclusively for us—every stage, every bar, every space, all ours for one unforgettable night.

The House of Blues has been a San Diego icon since 2005, known for its eclectic décor, soulful vibe, and world-class performances. The walls are lined with vibrant folk art and music memorabilia, and the venue is famous for hosting legends ranging from B.B. King and James Brown to today’s hottest acts. With multiple levels, a state-of-the-art sound system, and its signature mix of rock-and-roll energy and Southern charm, it’s the perfect backdrop for a party that will be talked about long after the last song ends.

This isn’t just a venue—it’s a piece of music history, and on party night, it’s all ours.

DJ Z-Trip

Get ready for an exclusive performance by the legendary DJ Z-Trip—spinning just for Sonsray’s Annual Holiday Party.

Recognized as one of the greatest DJs in the world, Z-Trip has been named America’s Best DJ, headlined iconic stages like Coachella, the Hollywood Bowl, and festivals across the globe, and has been featured in Rolling Stone. Known as the pioneer of mashups, he seamlessly blends hip-hop, rock, EDM, Latin, country, and everything in between.

Throughout his career, Z-Trip has collaborated with music legends including Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington, Public Enemy’s Chuck D, LL Cool J, Ice Cube, De La Soul, and reggae icon Lee “Scratch” Perry. He’s also remixed or reimagined tracks—both in official releases and his legendary live DJ sets—by artists as diverse as Metallica, Madonna, Johnny Cash, the Beastie Boys, Daft Punk, Nirvana, and Kasabian—turning unexpected combinations into unforgettable anthems.

Stay in Style at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter

Sonsray’s holiday party will be held at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. This venue is located in the heart of downtown, a mere four-minute walk from the House of Blues, offering guests immediate access to all the excitement.

With its prime location and refined amenities, the Westin is the perfect home base for this year’s holiday celebration.

    • One night hotel reservation paid by Sonsray.
    • You’re required to book your one-night stay with the THE WESTIN SAN DIEGO GASLAMP QUARTER
    • You must add your card information for incidentals, but you will not be charged for your stay.
    • For those who choose to arrive early, we have reserved 30 rooms for Friday. Those rooms are first-come, first-served, at your own expense.
    • Check-in is at 3 pm, check out is at 11 am.
    • Rooms apply to all locations. 
    • Rideshare services and parking are to be expensed for locals if you choose not to stay at the hotel. 

Airport Shuttle Service

Airport Shuttle Service – Provided by SONSRAY

  • Airport shuttle service will be provided for employees arriving on December 13th and departing on December 14th. More information will be coming soon.
  • Employees who choose not to utilize the provided shuttle services are financially responsible for their transportation. Sonsray will not cover those expenses.

Flights

  • Sonsray will book round-trip flights for December 13–14.
  • Employees may opt out of Sonsray booking their flight and instead receive a $250 reimbursement—this option must be selected during RSVP.
  • Please note: Flights are not available for employees based in Torrance, Vernon, Santa Fe Springs, San Diego, or Fontana.

Driving

  • Employees who choose to drive (using their personal vehicle) will receive a $250 reimbursement, paid as an expense on the second payroll of December.
  • This reimbursement does not apply to those using a company vehicle or employees based in Torrance, Vernon, Santa Fe Springs, San Diego, or Fontana.

Expenses

Please note that Sonsray does not cover airport parking, baggage fees, or meals, and these expenses will be at your own cost.

Complimentary round-trip shuttles will be provided between the airport and the hotel. However, if your travel dates are before December 13th or after December 14th, transportation costs will also be your responsibility.

Dress Code

The House of Blues keeps it stylish but relaxed—think smart casual with the vibe of your favorite rock concert or a night out at a dance club. Please avoid overly baggy clothing, flip-flops, or anything that might be considered offensive or inappropriate. Comfortable shoes are encouraged so you can enjoy the night to the fullest.

We’ll also be providing a complimentary coat check this year for your convenience.
