A Note From HQ

In the remaining weeks of our fiscal calendar, we have the opportunity to channel our collective energy and finish strong. By embracing our core values, especially passion and a focus on solutions, we can maximize our impact in this home stretch. The wins highlighted in this issue show exactly how putting these values into action moves the needle. Let’s lean in, using these values to drive measurable results and support one another. Together, we can cross the finish line with excellence and set the stage for a stronger year ahead.
Integrity
Rene Acuna was recognized by Tere Gudino for mentorship and relentless dedication as their shop tech!
“Rene consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every task is completed with total accuracy and precision. From maintaining flawless notes to proactively following up and ensuring no urgent detail slips through the cracks, his proactive approach keeps our entire shop running smoothly. Thank you, Rene, for setting such a high standard of excellence!“ - Precision ensures accurate work.
The Accounting team completed another successful field audit and equipment appraisal exam with our bank. Clean exams don't happen by accident. They're the product of accurate records, disciplined processes and honest reporting all year long, from every branch and every department that touches an invoice, a work order or a piece of equipment. Thank you to everyone who pulled documentation and answered questions. Results like this are ones we can all be proud of. - Disciplined records ensure clean, honest results.
People
Richard Trigo was recognized by Tere Gudino:
"Being a field tech isn't easy, but Trigo makes it look effortless through his incredible communication. I truly appreciate how he stays in constant touch with me as a service writer, keeping me posted from site to site, and how patient he is when breaking things down for our customers. Thank you Trigo!" - Great communication strengthens customer relationships.
Juan Dominguez was acknowledged by Krista Cortez for being willing to go above and beyond for the customers.
Krista also gave a shout out to Pedro Lopez and Esvin Hernandez for always being willing to help. - Supporting others defines our culture
Solutions
Our AI-driven AP automation platform is now live company-wide. What started as a soft launch is fully rolled out across every division - fewer invoices to chase, faster approvals, and far less time spent tracking down paper. This one took real teamwork to get across the finish line, and the team moved mountains to do it without disrupting a single payment cycle. - AI tools streamline our complex processes.
Big shout out and thank you to Brian Ronczyk in Fontana Parts for stepping up and assisting Salem with their Hitachi parts needs while Salem's only Parts guy has been out on medical leave! - Exemplifies strong resourcefulness and commitment to service.
Passion
Adam Facciolla recognized Todd Klenz “for exceptional performance! Over the past week, we have received feedback from multiple customers praising Sonsray’s response time with breakdowns, along with Todd’s communication and professionalism.” - Excellence drives our customer success
Success
Congratulations to Steve Lujan and Monette Cueva for each making a nice sale in their first week. They had great support from their teams allowing them the win. Keep that momentum going! - Early sales build strong momentum.
In a group effort, we closed August in four days - one of our fastest month-end closes ever. Faster closes mean everyone gets their numbers sooner, which means better decisions made earlier in the month. Getting there took a coordinated push across Accounting, Sales Support and the branches, and the team hit it without cutting a single corner on accuracy. - Record efficiency drives better decisions
Driving Growth: Top Performers of August
Congratulations to Sales Account Manager Jeremy Benz on the Machinery side,
and
TK’s salespeople of the Month are Melissa Roth (East) and Eric Holder (West) for August. Bravo!

Do you know someone who has done a great job or gone above and beyond? We want to hear about it. Please email shannon.lee@sonsray.com and we will include some in our next newsletter. We pull from Paylocity as well (take a look at the HR section to learn how).
Around the Company
ACCOUNTING
Focus: Turning the new portal into an everyday habit. Over the next few months we'll be training, refining and listening. If something in the AP portal isn't working the way you need it to, tell us. The best improvements we've made this year started as someone speaking up.
FLEET
A great win for the Fleet team, just closed a deal for 44 T890 units with a local leasing company. Let’s keep that momentum going into the final weeks of the fiscal year and beyond.

MACHINERY
We are excited to share a leadership update: Ray Camacho is adding to his role to oversee operations in El Cajon.
El Cajon had its best combined Parts & Service month this year with Parts hitting 116% of their budget and service hitting 137% of its budget. They have been moving in the right direction the last couple of months.
Las Vegas once again hit budget on all three categories for the second month in a row. They are the only store to be over "year to date" budget in all three categories (111% of equipment sales, 119% of parts, and 110% of service budgets), they are positioned for a strong finish to fiscal!
PARTS & SERVICE
We deployed a new initiative aimed at uncovering rapid improvements across our departments, thanks to the Sonsray Service Model Gem. Using this Gem will help identify rapid improvement opportunities to streamline our processes while sharpening skills with AI tools.
