We understand the importance of promptly addressing your concerns and want to ensure that your issue is handled efficiently. While our agents are out actively assisting others in the company, we route requests to the next available IT personnel that can address your request. A verbal request may be forgotten so we encourage submitting a ticket to helpdesk@sonsray.com.
The specific agent you ask for may not be the next available agent. Calling the helpdesk hotline at ext 1850 ensures that you get a timely response, and we do not inadvertently lose your request.
It’s important to mention that while we handle tickets on a first-come-first-served basis, urgent matters affecting the entire site or company will be addressed with the highest priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this process, which allows us to provide the best possible support to all our team members.
